Booster Breaks for you.

Give yourself a break !
Ten to fifteen minutes will make the difference.
It brings a lot of benefits to make breaks during
working hours or while you are doing something for a long period of time.
After my  “Booster Breaks”  I feel more energy, revitalized, more focused, more creative and ready to continue.
Some of them are:
Stretching, is my first choice.
Walking, if it's possible, do it outside, just to change the air.

Dark Chocolate, it's my favorite...the guilt comes right after .
Organic Tea Numi, a combination of yerba mate + green tea + lemon myrtle, I just discovered it !
